This exhibition shines a spotlight on artistic jewelry by focusing on a leading collection, that of the wife of the sculptor Bernar Venet. The subjective and non-exhaustive collection, put together over 30 years, encompasses the history of the genre, beginning with Picasso, Man Ray and Jean Cocteau. From Dalí to Jeff Koons and from Niki de Saint Phalle and Sol LeWitt to Roy Lichtenstein, this remarkable collection illustrates that few artists can resist the tempting lure of finery.
From March 7th to July 8th 2018.
