The French Jewelry Post x Artcurial

Julie Valade, Artcurial’s Director of Jewelry, invited me to choose a few pieces out of the hundreds in the catalogue for their next auction to be held in Monaco on January 19th and 20th. I wanted my favorite photographers, Tom and Karina from AlmaKarina, to showcase these pieces: a Pol Bury brooch pendant, a Boucheron clip and a Suzanne Belperron necklace. These jewelry pieces are thus at one with nature in an extraordinary and magnetic poetic vision.

  • Boucheron - Feather bodice clip made of gold, platinum and diamonds - ca 1960

  • Buccellati - Ring made of grey and yellow golds, with a 15.40-carat diamond

  • Johann Michael Wilm - Brooch made of chiseled, embossed, filigreed gold and diamonds - ca 1935

  • Pol Bury - Silver pendant-brooch, with mobile yellow gold rods

  • Snake bracelet made of gold, with an oval sapphire on the head

  • Suzanne Belperron - "Egyptian" necklace made of gold and diamonds - ca 1942
